Pros : It is extremely easy to use and fast. It allows connecting to a computer from any device with a simple ID and password. It includes all the features of a good remote desktop tool, and also comes with a lot of free add-on features.

Pros : Teamviewer allows connecting to a computer from any device with a simple ID and password. It is a very high value tool to have in the market today. It includes all the features of a good remote desktop tool, and also comes with a lot of free add-on features.
Cons : There's not much to dislike when working with TeamViewer. However, in older versions of this service you could actually see the cursor from the remote device/system, but in newer versions this was removed.

Cons : The limitations for the free version for IT specialists is that you're limited to supporting one client. Teamviewer licenses are expensive and there are other applications that are more cost-effective.

“time saver”
Pros : They supplied me with keys for the software literally by return mail. After finding that my system was not compatible with the software after using their excellent communications (reply's to emails within the hour), they offered a full refund. that is what I call customer service and I highly recommend them. I will buy from them again should I need more software.
